Warburton Barber Co. is a one-chair, appointment-only barbershop. Each booking sets aside time for your service, so I can give you my full attention and keep appointments running on time.
I understand that plans can change. These policies explain how to change a booking and what happens when an appointment is missed. A little notice helps me offer the time to another client and look after everyone who has booked.
Please arrive with enough time to settle in and be ready in the chair when your appointment is due to begin.
This helps me give your service the time and attention it deserves while keeping appointments running on time for everyone.
As a courtesy, please arrive with clean, product-free hair and beard, combed through and free of knots. Please avoid wearing a hat or beanie before your appointment, as headwear and styling products can flatten or reshape your hair and make it harder to see how it naturally sits.
Please wait until I invite you to take a seat so I can have the chair ready for you. Avoid standing on the footrest when getting into or out of the chair, and wait until I have lowered the chair and let you know it is ready before getting up. If you need a hand, just ask.
During your service, please keep as still as possible and avoid unnecessary head movements or nodding. I will guide your head into position as needed. Please leave your phone aside while I am working, and let me know if you need to move or take a break.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 6 hours’ notice before your appointment’s scheduled start time. This applies whether you are cancelling your visit altogether or moving it to another day or time.
Please make changes using the booking link in your confirmation email or appointment reminder. As I’m usually with a client during business hours, I may not be able to answer the phone straight away. Changing your booking online is the most direct way to release the appointment.
Giving notice allows me to offer that time to someone else. As a small, one-chair business, an appointment cancelled at short notice can be difficult to fill. Please make any changes as soon as you know you cannot attend.
A no-show is when you do not attend your booked appointment and have not cancelled it beforehand. The time has been reserved for you and cannot then be offered to another client.
If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the full cost of the missed service will be added to your next appointment. This is in addition to the cost of the service you receive at that next visit.
If you realise you cannot make it, please cancel your booking rather than leave the appointment unattended. Letting me know gives me the opportunity to make use of the time, even when your plans change unexpectedly.
Thank you for respecting the time set aside for your appointment and for supporting Warburton Barber Co.
Cheers,
Daim
